WHAT IS ASSESSED

  • Indoor air quality and particulate load

  • Chemical exposure

  • Water damage/mould and potential for mould growth

  • Potential allergens such as dander, dust, house dust mite, pollen

  • Lead and heavy metals

  • Drinking water contaminants

​

      Lab samples may be incur additional costs.

 

 

 

  • Comprehensive formal written report (within 14 business days after your Audit, depending on the laboratory results taken) covering exposure standards, associated health concerns, recommendations and referrals if needed

  • Videos and photos taken during the Audit

  • Email/phone support for 1 month after the Audit

  • You will still need to have a structural build inspection done

  • We can´t make the decision of whether or not to purchase/lease a home for you
